Our Leadership

Sarah was born in Yorkshire and started her career working in blue chip engineering and manufacturing organisations before transitioning to a career in Human Resources.

Sarah is the Executive Director of People and Culture for Vico Homes, the leading provider of social housing in the Yorkshire region. A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, she is a passionate advocate for people-centred leadership, with a track record of building high performing and inclusive organisational cultures. 

Sarah sits on the  Employer Board at Leeds City College, part of Luminate Education Group, and is a board member for WISH (Women in Social Housing) Yorkshire and Humber. She is also the executive skills leads for West Yorkshire Housing Partnership and volunteers in schools through Inspiring for the Future and as a STEM ambassador.
