Kay is an experienced educational leader with over 20 years in primary education leadership, including governance roles across Primary and Secondary settings.

Kay is currently employed as Regional Director of Behaviour and Inclusion across Primary in Astrea Academy Trust, with a focus on the strategic leadership and implementation of inclusive practices across South Yorkshire academies.
