Jason Field
Trustee
Jason is a Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) qualified accountant with over 20 years’ experience in finance and resources. Jason has 10 years’ experience in the academy sector including as a Chief Finance Officer for three Multi Academy Trusts.
Jason was Finance Director of a sales distribution operation for five years growing the business from £50 million to £150 million turnover through organic growth, business startup and acquisition.
Jason spent 11 years at Royal Mail culminating as Head of Planning and reporting for Royal Mail operations; a business with a £4 billion cost base.
Outside of work, Jason is a very passionate rugby union player and coach and recently qualified as an advanced rugby coach. He coaches a local women's team (Sandal RUFC) and is Assistant Coach at Yorkshire Women’s rugby.
