Halie Ann Headley

Halie Ann started her career in banking and progressed into HR management. She spent 17 years supporting the Early Years sector through lobbying for better childcare provisions as well as providing HR, business and safeguarding support to over 7000 Early Years settings across the UK.
Halie Ann held HR Business Partnering roles in the NHS and Civil Service providing solutions both at strategic and operational levels, facilitating business growth in rapidly changing environments. Some outcomes include successfully developing and implementing extensive workforce plans through a planned approach of recruitment, retention, succession planning, mentoring and coaching and improving motivation and quality outcomes through a people centred approach.
Over the last 40 years, Halie Ann has worked across a number of sectors including Finance, Manufacturing and Engineering, Education, Private and Public.
